Principles for a good life

Seven Habits of Highly Effective People - Stephen Covey
Time management
Effective time management or self-management in the world requires some preparations...
We all manage our time according to our life's demands: work, school, family, and maybe even hobbies.
Within these frameworks we try to find time, to make good use of it, and no matter what we do, we never have "enough" time ... Our lives are filled with tasks that are imposed on us by necessity, and all we can do is do them as efficient as possible, so that we can have time for what we really like to do... We manage lists, diaries, chores, projects ... Or maybe they manage us?
But what if it did not have to be this way? What if we had such an order in our head that could help us in real time make the right decisions for us? That we should not be uncomfortable saying "no" to things and people? That we do not feel unpleasant, do not feel guilty, but become whole with ourselves with the way we choose to divide our time?
In the side presentation, the principles of time management (or self-management within time) are presented effectively. There is a separation between the terms "efficiency" and "effectiveness". Between what is "important" and what is "urgent" and how we decide in which quarter we should spend most of our time. A tool for setting priorities in life that then guides us over time. What are "time thieves" and how to avoid them. How to delegate tasks correctly (even to children). There is also a presentation I gave at the time to my son's class when he was in seventh grade, a more child-friendly presentation.
It requires an understanding of the principles in depth, practice and training, and honesty with ourselves. These tools are simple, bright, and powerful once they become a habit.
Highly recommended for people who have difficulty getting organized, but not only ...
I highly recommend reading the book, or even better if you can hear Stephen Covey himself reading or summarizing the principles of the book in the audiobook. This is an experience in itself ...
